Biography

Roland Necku, a 47-year-old Ghanaian, is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in leadership, management, and finance. He has served as Regional Vice President of GASCA before advancing to Regional President. Additionally, he led Ganyo Microfinance as CEO for 15 years and has spent the past five years as General Manager at Westport Petroleum. With a proven track record in driving organizational growth, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams, he excels in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration and is currently pursuing certification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
